Does the MMB 11 Plus Multimedia Box work in motion?
All functions will remain functional even if the vehicle is in motion. For more information, please check with your local authority about local laws and drive safely.
Do I need a wireless remote?
You will need to order a wireless remote if your vehicle does not have a touchscreen or a touchpad to control the screen. Applications like Netflix require touch to select movies.
Do you ship to my country? Will I receive a tracking number?
We use UPS express to ship worldwide. For UK Domestic orders we use Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided
Which smartphone are supported?
Both iPhone and Android phones are supported. The MMB 11 Plus Multimedia Box simply needs a hotspot to connect to for internet access. Please check with your SIM carrier if your SIM card plan allows for hotspot sharing. Vehicle Wi-Fi are compatible as well.
Does it work with my vehicle?
Make sure your vehicle has factory wired Apple CarPlay function. Easiest way to test is to plug in an iPhone in your vehicle's USB ports. Also check whether your car make is listed below:
